Congratulations on launching your new store! It's great that you are already aware of potential flow issues and UX improvements. Here are some recommendations for your consideration: 1. Clear and Intuitive Navigation: Ensure that your website has a clear and easy-to-use navigation menu. It should be prominently placed and provide logical categorization of your products or services. Avoid clutter and prioritize the most important sections. 2. Consistent Branding: Maintain consistent branding elements such as color scheme, typography, and imagery throughout your website. This helps in creating a cohesive and professional look. Make sure your logo is prominently displayed on every page. 3. High-Quality Product Images: Use high-resolution, well-lit product images that showcase your offerings from different angles. Allow users to zoom in for a closer look. Include multiple images if necessary, and consider adding lifestyle images to help customers visualize the products in use. 4. Clear Product Descriptions: Provide detailed and accurate product descriptions that highlight the key features, benefits, and specifications. Use bullet points, headings, and paragraphs to make the information easily scannable. Include any relevant sizing charts or measurements. 5. Streamlined Checkout Process: Optimize your checkout process to minimize the number of steps required. Offer guest checkout options to avoid forcing users to create an account. Clearly display shipping costs, taxes, and any additional fees upfront to avoid surprises at the end. 6. Mobile-Friendly Design: Ensure your website is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. Test its performance across different screen sizes and resolutions. Mobile users should have a seamless browsing and purchasing experience. 7. Customer Reviews and Testimonials: Incorporate customer reviews and testimonials on your product pages to build trust and credibility. Positive feedback can influence potential customers' purchasing decisions. Consider integrating a review system or social proof plugins. 8. Easy Contact and Support: Provide clear contact information, including a phone number and email address, prominently on your website. Consider adding a live chat feature to offer immediate assistance to customers. Respond promptly to inquiries and provide excellent customer support. 9. Social Media Integration: Integrate social media buttons or links to your store's social media profiles. Encourage customers to follow and engage with you on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. This can help build brand loyalty and increase exposure. 10. Analytics and Tracking: Implement website analytics tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior, conversion rates, and other key metrics. This data can help you identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Remember, these recommendations are general, and it's important to tailor them to your specific industry and target audience. Regularly seek feedback from customers and continuously iterate and optimize your store based on their needs and preferences. Good luck with your new store!

I would also remove the trusted site & feedback sections, they’re generally quite laggy. They were just white spaces on my screen until I clicked on them and they don’t really effect conversions much if at all. Otherwise it’s a pretty good store. I would set up an email marketing capture sequence along with a social media content plan too if I was you.

I would remove the bar from the bottom and just install a sticky add to cart instead, it looks a lot cleaner when landing in the site until you get to the product page.
