Running a social media marketing agency solely by paying people from poorer countries to generate leads may not be an effective long-term strategy. Here's a detailed explanation: 1. Quality of leads: While it's possible to find individuals in these countries who can generate leads at a lower cost, the quality of those leads may not be satisfactory. The leads generated may not be genuinely interested in the product or service being offered, resulting in a low conversion rate and wasted resources. 2. Cultural and language barriers: Communication is crucial in social media marketing. Working with individuals from different countries may pose challenges due to language barriers, cultural differences, and understanding the target audience's preferences. This could impact the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts. 3. Ethics and reputation: Building a successful agency requires trust and a solid reputation. Outsourcing work to individuals solely based on their location and paying them below market rates may raise ethical concerns. Clients may question the authenticity and legitimacy of the leads generated, potentially damaging the agency's reputation. 4. Long-term sustainability: Building a sustainable agency requires a focus on building relationships, delivering quality services, and providing value to clients. By solely relying on low-cost labor, you may miss out on building a strong foundation for your agency's growth. Clients are more likely to work with agencies that can provide consistent quality, expertise, and results. Instead, consider the following strategies: 1. Focus on quality over quantity: Rather than aiming for a high number of leads, prioritize generating high-quality leads that are more likely to convert into customers. This can be achieved through targeted marketing campaigns, personalized content, and engaging with the right audience. 2. Build a diverse team: Consider hiring individuals from different countries and backgrounds who can bring unique perspectives and expertise to your agency. This can help overcome language and cultural barriers, ensuring effective communication and understanding of the target audience. 3. Invest in training and development: Provide your team with the necessary training and resources to enhance their skills in social media marketing. This will enable them to develop effective strategies, create engaging content, and generate quality leads. 4. Focus on client relationships: Building strong relationships with clients is crucial for long-term success. By understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and delivering results, you can establish trust and foster long-term partnerships. Remember, successful social media marketing agencies are built on expertise, quality, and trust. It's essential to prioritize these factors rather than solely focusing on low-cost labor.

Leads do not = demand. NO ONE wants 1000 shitty, non-targeted, no/low intent 'leads'. But by all means, try it and see how you go...

Big difference between generating 'leads' vs generating actual demand/desire. Generating leads is the EASY part. Generating demand that converts is the hard part. And unskilled labour will never be able to do that...

Charge will be depend on niche market because lead generation ways will vary accordingly. Either they will charge hourly or in case of Job under your agency charge will be atleast 1k USD or more. If any one is ready to work for $300 monthly means either he have no knowledge or he want to earn some penny any how (Can be scam also).

You are giving a way to scammers who are offering cheap services. Because at this price (monthly) you will never get quality service and if he have knowledge then will not accept your offer at this price.
