BOSTON, MA —A total of 33 people are now without a home after a massive fire tore through multiple buildings in East Boston Wednesday morning, according to the Boston Fire Department.
The fire broke out on Saratoga Street around 7 a.m. in a triple-decker wood frame and jumped to another triple-decker, according to officials.
There are 24 adults and 9 children displaced, officials said. Several cats have been rescued as well.
