With Convection Broil, the fan reduces the fierce heat from the broiler, providing an excellent method of grilling various foods, chops, steaks, sausages, etc. For slow cooking, use the regular Convection Bake which resembles conventional cooking while providing even heat. And keeping your range clean is easy when you use the steam function to loosen deposits in the oven cavity.
