Base notes are smooth and inviting, merging cypriol oil and benzoin with oakmoss, ambergris and musk. Italian label v canto first released this scent in 2017.

Arsenico V by V Canto Perfume. Sweet florals and tantalizing citrus embrace rich accords of aromatic wood in Arsenico V, a sensual scent with a persistent amber musk trail. The opening is effusive and tantalizing, tempting with bright accords of Calabrian bergamot and pineapple just softened by sweet red fruits and mellow apple. Rare woods harmonize with entrancing florals at the heart, fusing delicately earthy red patchouli, serene aromatic Lebanese cedar, white birch and cypriol oil with shimmering tones of jasmine and benzoin. Base notes of precious ambergris, oakmoss and musk produce an intense, lingering trail that beguiles and bewitches.
This woody floral musk was designed by Paolo Terenzi. The scent was first released by V Canto in 2017 as part of the Green Collection, a series of compositions inspired by the murderous intrigues of Lucrezia Borgia. Other fragrances in the collection include the woody citrus floral scent Ricina, the spicy oriental Curaro and the fruity chypre Cianuro.
